Trade Council

Hello guys, I haven't been able to find a replacement for the Buccs so it looks like they may become a cpu-run team (at least for this season). With the introduction of CPU teams, CPU trades could be a possibility. The leaguemanager logic vetos really bad trades, but some still slip through. For example, it was willing to give me Cam Newton for Dennis Dixon and Jeremy Clary. I don't want to bear the burden of judging those all by myself.

I'm looking for 4 guys to help me judge trades. It will mostly be CPU trades, but in very rare cases we may evaluate a user trade if I think something fishy is going on. I was thinking there would be 5 members total and that 3 votes could cause the trade to be vetoed. I also figured we'd rotate the members of the council form season to season, unless only 4 people are willing to do it.

i would be willing to help. I also put in a trade with the bucs. I sent this trade earlier with the user but he never responded obviously haha, let me know if you approve this trade.
