As far as I know, you three are the only ones still having trouble with leaguemanager.

Once there, the password is: simleague

If you still can't get it, post here with your email address. The next step will be for me to try to create an account for you. If I am successful, I will give you the user name and password for that account and hopefully it will work.

It worked. You just have to be careful as to what you copy and paste. And also when I did it it came up with an error. Before you retry see if it actually worked because I know have it listed 3 times in the leagues I'm in.
