Are you guys having any better luck this week? Have you tried playing without a router and/or changing the settings? You both seem like you'll be really great members, but at some point we have to start looking for replacements if you can't get it to work. Since you've both been so active, I'll give you a little time, but please let me know what you're trying and what your results have been. If you're ready to give up, let me know and I will try to find a replacement. I figure it must be something to do with the ports/router configuration. Who knows though?

Maybe try leaving the franchise and then re-entering?
