Salary Cap? Empty Salary Cap?

League Manager says Denver, Dallas, Oakland, Seattle, and Minnesota are over the cap..

Are we allowing this? Shouldnt they have to get under the cap limit?

And what about all the players on teams that say 0 years left in contract? Should these be re signed or released?

Read the previous posts, you need to be below the cap by the time offseasson activities roll around. If the player is so terrible that LM didn't even give them a contract, I'm not going to spend a bunch of time hounding people to sign them. They are absolutely un-usable, and we all have a few of them. I don't see a problem with them.
