Lions vs Vikings

a good game here! a high scoring game 52 to 49, lions edging out the vikings on a last second fieldgoal. The start of the game wasn't great for the lions! went down 14 to 0, allowing santana moss to bust open and AP fumbled, which the vikings took back for 6 pts. Ap definitely made up for it busting a 70 to 80 yard TD run near the end of the first quarter. The vikings showed off their impressive passing game and also put up and impressive 90 yds rushing. The lions made a key 3 and out in the late first, and they scored in the early second quarter to tie things up. Going into half, lions had a 35 to 28 lead. The second half was more of a chess battle. late in the fourth, the lions very driving down the field, eating up the clock. Jay cutler threw a very costly interception on a 3rd down play giving the vikings an excellent opportunity to tie things up! And they did! with 2 minutes left, the lions started driving down field. It started with AP running for consistently for good 10 yd chunks at a time. With 3 timeouts, the clock wasnt that much of an issue. With a goood mix of run and puss, the lions drove down the field and kicked a game winning field goal as the time expired. What a game!
